Master Class in Handmade Pasta and Artisan Pizza

Interactive cooking class where guest will hand create their own artisan flatbread and learn to roll and shape various pastas; followed by an elegant lunch of your specialty made flatbread, various handmade pastas and fresh local green salads.

Bounty and Vegetables

In this immersive cooking class, we will work an abundance of local, fresh, and organic vegetables. From a local tomatoes, fresh squash, heirloom melons, and so much more. Guest will see a beauty of vegetables like no other. This is a class focused on wellness and creating beautiful and delicious dishes from what our earth has given us.

Master of the Barbeque

Guests will learn the ins and outs of creating a five star barbeque feast. From fresh organic proteins, ranch potatoes, and all American corn on the cob. After the immersive cooking class, guest will return for dinner to enjoy a true American night at the Ranch!

Just Desserts!

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the perfect class for you and your friends. In our Just Desserts class, we will take guests through a wonderland of sugar and sweets. From creating our famous Mustang Monument Peach Tart, fresh Creme Brulee, and Berry Cobbler with Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream; everyone is guaranteed to have a smile on their face watching their creations come to life!
